(VMI) is the only facility based in the USA to manufacture, test, and repair high voltage diodes and semi-conductors and custom design their products for the military, industrial, medical, and aerospace industries. All products are made and 100% tested in their facility based in Visalia, CA. With Alerton’s BACnet solution, VMI product yield improved from 75% to 90% through a combination of process improvements including positive pressure in the facility that clearly improved cleanliness in the facility. Adding the ability to log and report on the facility’s humidity levels, VMI ensured compliance with their strict manufacturing environment requirements for their customers.
