Paradise Valley Estates (PVE) is a non-profit, premier retirement community in Northern California. The 76-acre property welcomes people ages 60 and older. Managing a dynamic facility, with an active community, requires a large campus control installation. Teaming with L&H Airco and Alerton, PVE instituted a control system with tenant comfort and tenant support as a forefront philosophy. Two examples are monitoring and trending of the domestic hot water mixing stations to ensure that dwellings always receive properly tempered water, and monitoring and trending the walk-in refrigerators and freezers for food safety compliance. PVE’s project illustrates its commitment to tenant comfort and safety.
