Madera County sits in the heart of The Central Valley and serves as the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. L&H Airco has a long successful history with Madera County. Our presence as the County’s energy management system provider began in 2005 when awarded the County of Madera’s four-story Government Center. Since 2005, L&H Airco has expanded the Alerton BACnet Energy Management System that resides on the County’s Wide Area Network to multiple sites including the Main Sheriff’s Office, Main Library, Main Jail, Probation Boot Camp Facility, County Health Complex, and the Ag. & UC Extension Building. L&H Airco is a future provider of the County’s specified energy management system and is the current design/build team member for the new County Hall of Justice that is scheduled to open in 2021. Recently, L&H Airco completed an Energy Conservation Measure project that will include ten additional sites to the County’s already extensive network of Alerton BACnet Energy Management Systems.
