The sprawling military campus in Sacramento has served the needs of the Army Reserve for decades and is managed by the 63rd Regional Support Command specializing in communications training. Over the years as the facility grew, they relied on L&H Airco for their building automation needs. The site is committed to upgrading their system as technology advances and as control strategies become more energy-efficient. Maintaining optimum performance and minimal downtime are the key focus of the on-site operational group. Recently, L&H Airco completed an enhancement to the existing fan coil control strategies with the addition of instrumentation and hot water and chill water control valve replacement.
